exceptional circumstances (see Section 1.3).<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Eligible Refund Cases<\/strong><\/p><p>Refunds will be granted in the following situations:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Technical Issues:<\/strong> If the software fails to function as described and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.<\/li><li><strong>Duplicate Payment:<\/strong> If a user is charged multiple times for the same service.<\/li><li><strong>Unauthorized Charge:<\/strong> If a payment was made without the user\u2019s authorization (must be reported within 7 days).<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Non-Eligible Cases<\/strong><\/p><p>Refunds will <strong>not<\/strong> be granted in the following cases:<\/p><ul><li><strong>User No Longer Needs the Service:<\/strong> Refunds will not be provided if the user simply changes their mind or no longer needs the software.<\/li><li><strong>Failure to Renew on Time:<\/strong> Since renewals are manual, failure to renew does not qualify for a refund.<\/li><li><strong>Violation of Terms of Service:<\/strong> If the user\u2019s account was terminated due to policy violations, no refund will be provided.<\/li><li><strong>Partial
